Are your pieces really handmade?
Yes. All our pieces at NCJ are handmade by Nikki herself. sizing and materials are measured and handpicked according to the customs wants and needs. tools are used but no machinery is used to create any products shown visit our social media to view some of our process of creating.
Are your pieces Nickel Free or hypoallergenic?
Here at NCJ we prioritize the comfort and safety of our customers. All our jewelry pieces and materials crafted to be nickel free and hypoallergenic. We understand that many individuals have sensitivities to nickel and other metals, which can cause skin irritation or allergic reactions.
To ensure our products are safe for everyone, we use high quality materials such as surgical stainless steel, titanium, and other hypoallergenic metals. Additionally, our gold and silver items are plated with finishes that are free from harmful alloys.
How long is shipping?
Shipping for general purchases is 2-3 business days. when you have a custom order the turnaround time for customization will take a bit long depending on material needed for project or the size of the project. Once project is completed shipping should take 2-3 business days.
What materials do you use to make your jewelry?
Some of the materials we use are a variety of seed beads from glass to clay seed beads in various sizes and colors. We also use nickel free metals everyday arts and craft items leathers fabrics resins and more.
Do you Offer Custom orders?
Yes. We do customize orders for our customers. If you see something that gives you an idea, we can make what you would like. Please visit the custom shop to start your order.
Can I request Changes, like different length & colors?
Yes. All out items are available to be customized to your liking. There may be a customization fee added but most changes are free such as length and color. To customize an item please visit the custom shop to start your custom order.
Can I shower/Swim in my pieces I purchase?
Yes. Most of our items can be worn all the time even however, some of our items way experience wear and tear quick if worn all the time consecutively and in water. It’s not recommended to wear jewelry consecutive. it best to remove items off your person and clean them separately.
What if my item(s) arrive damage or I damage them?
If your items arrived damaged, you have 30 days to return for a refund or your item to be repaired. We pride our self on creating long lasting items and packing them to avoid damages.
